Position:  Sales Manager

Position Location:   Ringwood, NJ

Compensation – Base plus commission, commensurate w/ experience

Summary:

We are looking for a motivated individual with industry sales experience, engineering background and the interpersonal skills to hit the ground running. Desire to join an industry leader and continue growing with Circonix. The role of the Sales manager includes new business development, account management and direct marketing in the paper, film and foil, web handling and converting industries. The Sales manager is responsible to manage existing account relationships, prospect and develop new accounts, define opportunities, etc.

Primary Duties:

Oversee and motivate existing Representative network.

Develop and create proposals for customer

Responsible for all domestic and overseas activity

Prospecting for increased sales

Support and attend trade shows and support key marketing activities

Demonstrate ability to gather relevant information and accurately define and acknowledge customer concerns, trends and needs.

Able to build timelines to meet desired results and to communicate plans for results with customers and management.

Actively promote Circonix Technologies and sister companies' specific product offerings. 

Education:

Bachelors of Science  in Engineering helpful

Experience Required:

Minimum of 3 years industrial sales or sales management experience
